Faber were appointed to create a new bar and restaurant at Aston Marina in Stone, Staffordshire. Working with the owners of the marina, we helped them to develop a strategy, branding and venue to create a ‘foodie destination’.
Embracing local produce and offering a variety of dining formats, from light lunches and afternoon teas to special occasions and a la carte dining, the end result is a brand and venue designed specifically to target an unfulfilled market niche in this locality.
