Interior design for a new location for a successful Vietnamese street food brand

Vietnamese Street Kitchen is a family owned and managed group of restaurants. This new site, located within The Bullring, in Birmingham, continues their journey to create relaxed and vibrant Vietnamese street food restaurants.
Split over two floors, with two separate entrances, consideration had to be given to the operational requirements in what is a very high footfall area. A new bar was created on the upper level, providing both a standalone bar that can also double as a holding area during peak times. A small kitchen was extended into the dining room by the creation of an open kitchen; adding much needed space and a sense of theatre for customers.
This new VSK restaurant takes the concept and grows it into their largest site to date. The end result has all of the vibrancy and character that customers have come to expect, with some new elements that help to cement their place as one of the UK's leading Vietnamese street food brands.
